熱(re)噴(pen)涂加工是一系列原工序:以(yi)某種形式的熱源對噴(pen)涂(tu)加(jia)工資料進行加(jia)熱,所受熱的數據形成熔融(rong)(rong)或半熔融(rong)(rong)狀態,沖擊并(bing)按一定速(su)度沉積在基(ji)體表面,形成具有一定特性的噴(pen)涂(tu)加(jia)工層(ceng)。
熱(re)噴涂加(jia)工材料有(you)粉、線、帶(dai)、棒等不(bu)同形狀,主要由金(jin)屬(shu)、合(he)金(jin)、陶(tao)瓷(ci)、金(jin)屬(shu)陶(tao)瓷(ci)、塑料(liao)(liao)等組成。粉體(ti)資料(liao)(liao)居重要位置,種(zhong)類超過(guo)百種(zhong)。鋼帶(dai)和鋼帶(dai)大多是金(jin)屬(shu)或合(he)金(jin)(復合(he)線材還含陶(tao)瓷(ci)或塑料(liao)(liao));棒材僅有(you)十幾種(zhong),多為(wei)氧化瓷(ci)。
熱噴涂加工方法:根(gen)據熱(re)源的不同,可分為燃燒法和電熱(re)法。前(qian)一種包(bao)括(kuo)燃燒火焰噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)、爆(bao)炸噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)和高速火焰噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(HVOF)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong);后者包(bao)括(kuo)電弧噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)和等(deng)離子(zi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(又分常壓等(deng)離子(zi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)和水穩(wen)等(deng)離子(zi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong))。在噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)過程中(zhong),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)過程中(zhong)對涂(tu)(tu)(tu)層(ceng)產生重要影響的是噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)過程中(zhong)的濕(shi)度(嚴格地(di)說,熔(rong)(rong)滴撞(zhuang)擊基體表(biao)面(mian)的溫度)和熔(rong)(rong)滴撞(zhuang)擊表(biao)面(mian)的速度。
